Owner, Wade Roos, is a licensed AIC designated adjuster with over 30 years of experience. He has been specializing in appraisals since 2018. Prior to starting his own firm, he worked for both a major carrier and as an independent adjuster. Wade is regarded by his peers as a resource for appraisals, siding/roofing identification, and complex window reconciliations. He has assisted and trained many adjusters over the span of his career.
