Owner, Wade Roos, is a licensed AIC designated adjuster with over 20 years of experience. He is proficient in Xactimate, MSB Integriclaim and Symbility. Prior to starting his own firm, he worked for both a major carrier and as an independent adjuster. Wade is regarded by his peers as a resource for appraisals, siding/roofing identification, and complex window reconciliations. He has assisted and trained many adjusters over the span of his career.
